Well, currently each coin nets you 75 rep with your faction. So that would be 3750, or 4100 if you're human. Much better than just a 1000.

Yeah, but that collective reward doesn't (for me at least) give an overall "congratulations you've bothered to collect every single coin in the world" type win-moment =)

I meant the additional rep/buff as a bonus after getting all 50, not instead of the collective rep.
