Jesus people, attunment was changed, not the bosses. This is for people with alts, or wanting to get buddies in whatever...
the "casuals" you speak of, will never do it, and have no interest in it, regardless. (By the way, casual, has jack to do with skill, grow up, please.)

Guilds who have the power to do those things, already have. This changes very little for most. Don't worry, I still think you are an interweb supastar for killing some tough pixels.
