25% is dumb... you're talking around 500 more healing at the least for a decently geared Priest. I don't believe it, it doesn't make sense to get that much benefit from one talent point, regardless of how far it is down the tree. Just imagine the numbers a Priest would be getting when they start reaching 3000 or more healing in the expansion.
