As the Tank in my group, I'm all for buffing healers, especially because it only takes one underwhelming heal to set a wipe in motion. Besides, more efficient heals means more mana, and perhaps less plate armor repair bills at the end of the run. You've all been there, the last second or two of a fight when the healers are out of mana, the tank goes down, and DPS takes all the glory.
