If they added this in, they would have some serious balancing to do. Its all about scaling. If Holy Priests scaled 25% faster, literally every other healer would be out of a job.

Remember how the mage tax caused mages to scale slightly worse (~10%) than other classes? Within several months, many top end guilds took one mage to raids.
