The Key Bindings window was reorganized a few patches ago? News to me... looks just like it did in WoW 1.0 here (just with several new categories for new bindings added over the years).

"Detailed Loot Information" was in the game before. In fact, you can fire up your 2.3.3 client now to see it in the Interface Options (and the tooltip that explains what it does).
