Is the best tool I have seen for describing haste (designed for mages though).
Another common misconception is that lag will reduce the effects of haste. I disagree.

Even if you have some latency Haste will still benefit you, because there are always extenuating circumstances, most fights are not stand and nuke/heal ad infinitum.
