About the Bloggers: Elizabeth Wachowski
Twice a week, our writers will tell you more about themselves, and let you get to know them and the characters they play a little better. Click here to read more About the Bloggers.
What do you do for WoW Insider?
I'm a regular blogger. Right now, I'm the chronically late co-writer for Know Your Lore, the paladin column The Light and How to Swing It, and the rogue column Encrypted Text. I swear to Thrall there will finally be a new KYL this week. I also contributed to Arcane Brilliance for a short time until I realized that I don't really like playing a mage. I used to do a lot of short pieces on the forums and social aspects of WoW, but due to a new work schedule, those have decreased in recent months.
What's your main right now?
Right now, I have no main. Kelstar, the troll rogue pictured above, was my first character and the only one I've seriously raided on. I recently leveled a blood elf protadin, Sandinista, and am in the process of building up an undead affliction warlock, Sabra. All these characters are on Magtheridon-US. Yes, I am fully aware that my gear, rep, spec, appearance and entire being suck, so don't bother to look up my characters and tell me that. Most recently, I've been working on a new class, faction and server -- Mehitabel is my lowbie night elf druid on Warsong. WTS Blood Elf Bandit Mask plz.
For the Horde or Glory to the Alliance?
As you can tell, most of my characters are Hordies, but I've been having some fun checking out the Alliance side of things recently. Trolls are still the best, though.
What's your favorite thing to do in Azeroth?
I really like leveling, especially questing. I also enjoy leveling professions. I used to be a hardcore raider, but after burning out on that about a year and a half ago, I usually don't know what to do when I hit 70. So I just start over with a new class. I haven't really been playing too much lately, though.
When I'm not playing WoW, I'm ...
... working. I have a full-time job as an Emergency Medical Technician here in North Carolina. When I'm not working, I'm often sleeping. Sometimes I can do both at the same time. Those are the best days. Outside of that, I enjoy reading, volunteering at the SPCA, watching football, and traveling.
What accomplishment are you most proud of in WoW?
The first time I killed the Twin Emperors was exhilarating. It was our guild's first kill and the height of our progression. The bracers from that fight were the last thing I replaced in TBC, and it saddened me to do so.
What's the number one thing Blizzard could do better?
I'd like them to keep a tighter rein on their forums. Right now, visiting the official forums makes me want to punch 90% of the posters in the face through the Internet. I can only imagine what it's like for new or idealistic players.
If you could add one touch of personal flair to your main, what would it be?
I'd like some tattoos, piercings, and a less girly hairstyle (mohawk?) for my blood elf paladin, a non-burn-victim yet unique face for my troll rogue, and a belt of night elf skulls for my undead lock.
If you had 10 more hours to play every week, what would you spend them doing?
I'd like to get my paladin her epic flyer, get my lock up to 70, and spend some time reconnecting with my guildies. I've lost contact with them due to minimal playtime, and I'd like to know what's going on in their lives.

Write lots of comments using all caps and bad spelling. Then the magic fairies will bring it to you in your sleep.

Jane, try this.

@2 How about not posting here in all-caps for a start?
I realize you must be frustrated but there are better ways to go about this.

I'm sure you are really nice people and all, but who cares? Bloggers blogging about themselves? That's a waste of space.
More about WoW please, not about the people writing about WoW.

Chill out, for real.
I like getting to know who is bringing me my WoW news.
And L2RSS, if I see a post subject I don't like....oh, look at that - I skipped it!
Quit complaining.

Elizabeth is definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back here in spite of the increase in dumb comments.
Keep up the good work *cheers*.

Maybe I'm wrong but I actually find it interesting to see someone blogging about what they know, rather than make half assed comments. Elizabeth brings a fresh look to WoW, not to mention, she's female. which is kinda one of those Whoa! moments. Most guys don't think actual females would like this game, not that there is anything wrong with that, just the stereotype runs rampant to this day. It is also interesting to know that this person who is providing sage comments is also human, with a life and work and so on. So....I would say that anyone who really has a problem with this kind of thing and/or has a nasty comment to make....let it go. don't burn your precious brain power trolling here. This is an awesome resource, provided by awesome ppl, and I really think we ought to be grateful we have it.
