Yes i followed progression from day one to get to the first part of the city. It was deffinatly not worth the 3 days of effort. The 2nd day after we captured the first part of the city, the lag was reduced EXTREMELY because people like me felt that it was a waste of effort to have several hundreds of dailies turned in and only a small reward. We only got 2 new dailies and a tradeskill vendor that had nothing on him. Waste imo.

waste of time on the PTR, for sure. BUT, not once it goes live :-)
