im thinking this is an american thing...the instant reward for showing up. "come on down and win a car" ...it must be, because pretty much all european players dislike this free epics stuff, the ones i know ofc. and those are everything from the very casual, to the top echalon hardcore. everone feels it belittles the game, and takes away the "magic" of getting epic'ed out after alot of hard work.I know people who will simply take a 6 month break when wotlk comes out, so they can get back to endgame after 1 month of levelling and epic'ing out. i wish they where wrong, and they wish they where wrong, even.we are all wondering why Blizzard does this, cheapen the game, and the value of upgrades... hence my asking if its an american thing. its certainly not european.
