@ 43 - been raiding up to Naxx, got bored with raiding after the expansion. It's all about memorizing a few simple patterns, no big deal. I'd only assign a certain amount of "skill" to those who go at it without reading guides beforehand, load up bossmods which tell them what to do when and simplify a lot of tasks to really nothing but whackamole.
