I agree that would be a good way to do. Keep the bosses having some (but not many) loot drops but have them all drop T4-T6 level "badges". You do the system like the Badge system in place now. T4 stuff stuff requires T4 badges, T5 requires the T4 badges. Also have the ability to turn level badges into higher level ones, say 5 T4 badges equal 1 T5 and 5 T5 = 1 T6. Heck, might as well do Dungeon badges for the D3 stuff.It allows for steady progression and gives you the ability to do get t5 and t6 equivalent gear from doing lower level stuff, but it just takes awhile. I have a sneaking suspicion that they are heading more and more in that direction. It would definitely open up raiding to more people. No more hoping for a random drop and having people in various states of gearing in a raid. People will be closer together in gear/
