I think I remember one time where Massively wasn't off by more than a few months when it came to one of their date speculations, but why do we care about self-said prophets who are always wrong? :p

"Is Wrath going to launch as early as Spring?"
Without the marketing engine & PR push in effect already? No way.
On a related note, I enjoyed the couple articles about "Spore" that were linked from there.

I seriously doubt they would put the expansion out that early after putting all that time into make the sunwell only to have people skip to get to lvl 80

Spring for Wrath? I don't believe it's possible or desireable. No this expansion will launch AFTER Warhammer has picked up a large audience. Many players have vowed to leave wow again, and once again many will go and try Warhammer for a bit but they will be back when it doesn't live up to expectations. It's just not that good of a game compared to wow. It hasn't had the years of expertise drawn from trial and error that wow has had.
Wow has done a big release or change after every other competitor has released something in order to draw the players back into wow. It always works and it will work this time. Nobody will return to Warhammer if they leave, however.
Those guys fail. If you ask me they should have done the 40k instead of vanilla Warhammer. Space orcs would have made me switch but more orcs that are bipeds on the ground, stuck in the past? Meh.

I sure hope 2.4 is a ways off (like, six weeks, even though that's an unlikely hope) and the expansion isn't until after summer (likely, since summer is an awful time to release something like WoW.
My reason? Because I'm so close to exalted with the major Outlands factions that I want to hit that before starting on the Shattered Sun reputation grind. And it'd be nice if my oh-so-casual guild could have enough time to at least clear Kara a couple times before the expansion (doing Kara once a week doesn't give much in the way of progression).
