If you read the comments on her posting, apparently it's too much work to get geared up to a level where she could decently tank or dps a heroic instance. It's all about getting epic flight form without the effort.

As a tank, I have run too many undergeared / clueless guild members through heroics and I have really lost patience with it. They want heroic rewards / badges, they better put in some effort - I don't enjoy running yet another heroic where I out-dps the "dps".
