You don't have to play the card game to win. In order to enter all you have to do is submit an exciting screenshot of your character. Only submissions that include a chat bubble that says "Safari" will be accepted into the contest. Judges will be looking for high-quality, unmodified screenshots. Blizzard reminds you to "Use all the elements you can to give some spice to your pictures: landscape, monsters, other players, etc."
Why do you want a TCG card? The Spectral Tiger loot card has a code that translates into a rare in-game mount. The deadline for submission is 12:00 PM on March 5th. Check out Blizzard's official contest page for further information.

Anyway, I think it's a cool way of making the mount more accessible.

Spectrals are allowed for Tauren, as are Swift Zulians. (Here is to hoping that the white hawkstrider 2.4 is also Tauren enabled.)

I predict the winner of this contest will make fantastic use of a devilsaur. I unfortunately am not creative enough to think of what they will do.

A quick look at Ebay shows a spectral tiger mount card going for $610.00 current bid (as of last time I looked). Personally, I hate the look of all the epic tiger mounts with the exception of the Wintersaber faction mount (the one that does not look like Battle-Cat from He-Man) so I don't see what the big deal is. I'd rather have that stupid turtle mount just so I can ride it around the SP graveyard in AV.

You'd think that they could just give away a code for one of these, making it a 'worthless' prize legally and thus open it up to all players.
(As for my pic? Get on the best boardshorts you can find, hang out with a bunch of groovy Night Elf girls, and yell SURFING SAFARI! over in Strangethorn. You get extra points if you can have monsters creeping up behind you when you say it.)

Contest rules are kind of silly, you need to have a chat bouble that says "safari", you also need to disable your interface graphics. When you disable your interface graphics you also disable chat boubles. :p

Judging by previous screenshot contests, the 'requirements' will not be upheld much... IIRC, the screenshot contest for the arena in STV won with a priest rezzing someone in SW castle...
