@trent vosgoth - if by hit chance you refer to +Hit, then no, movement does nothing. If, however, you mean facing issues which I believe you refer to, then yes. If you are not in front of your opponent, most spells will not go off and instead show an error message. Moving around is generally more useful in PvP than against NPC opponents.
