WoW Moviewatch: We Will Rock You
By today's standards, this might not be considered a spectacular machinima, but back then, it was chock full of special effects, color correction, and transitions, in a time when not so many were doing that. Telemora went on to be one of the higher ranked WCM contributors, however hasn't released anything since last year, which is a shame. While hardly the worst video seen here in recent months by any stretch of the imagination, am I the only one that thinks a bit of lip-sync, some off-rhythm repetition of a War-stomp animation and some fancy effects do not a good machinima music video make?

I have to confess it's not a great video--but the timelessness of the music (my god that's from the 70s!) makes me laugh. I think I was 8 or 9 years old when the song was first released and it went on to become a veritable high school sports anthem for its era. Stomping and clapping, all that's really necessary for that to happen!
What this has to do with WoW? Not a thing.

Is there such a thing as good machinima?

Plenty of it, but I guess that depends on your subjective opinion.

I'm pretty sure Freddie Mercury never sported a skullet. That fact withstanding it appears even a gnome can be almost cool if made into a likeness of Fred.
