PTR Notes: Class changes from 2/29
Yet another new build went up on the patch 2.4 PTRs last night, and it had a few class changes (as well as item changes; more on those later):- [Shaman] Flametongue debuff changed to -25% healing, but stacks twice; duration is still 5 s
- [Priest] Mass Dispel will now affect up to 10 friendly and 10 enemy targets (source). Is it wrong that I've never used this in PvE?
- Bloodlust/Heroism will now stack with Icy Veins (source), but will still not stack with the new Power Infusion (source).

Yes, 10 targets for Mass Dispel will make it useful, first boss that came to mind was Zul'Jin in bear form using paralysis.

Exactly what i was thinking... 1 priest dispells the entire raid... not bad.

You will use mass dispel if you go into heroic Mana Tombs.

moderated versions of the FT debuff looks like good news for Shammys- it looks like a truer enh buff.
No way some caster with a staff should have gotten as much benefit per hit from FT as, say, a dual wielding melee class
now it looks like a much more acceptable version that could really make it into 2.4

I am glad that nobody uses mutilate in the arena or puncturing wounds would have been nerfed.

Shammy buff better not make it in 2.4 official or soon every class will be getting a "mortal strike" making a healing class have this is a huge mistake.

I still think MS on FT is stupid. Could we please just have it do something else interesting that DOESN'T drive away all healers from PvP?

The Mass Dispel change was designed specifically for the Felmyst encounter. But hey, since you never used it, no one else does, right?
