Get your gems!

It's that time of the month again, ladies and gents. It's the first of March, so the Consortium has a fresh round of gems to hand out! If you're new to level 70(or Outland in general), each month you can travel to Aeris Landing in Nagrand and receive a packet of gems. How many gems is dependent on your reputation with the Consortium.Personally, I've never had very good luck with these guys. I'm Exalted on two characters and all they'll ever give me is a handful of junk and some slightly better junk. I actually think the game is working against me when it comes to gems. I have the same luck with Prospecting. I know everyone says Prospecting is an amazing source of money, but I'm confident it only works for them because all of the awful gems are used up on me.
But enough QQ. Go! Get your gems! Make sure to leave comments lying about those Stars of Elune you got. It'll make me feel better if you just say you got a few Talasites.

I got a Noble Topaz and Dawnstone along with 3 greens yesterday, on revered reputation. (Love that Bulging Sack of Gems).

Usually we reserve "ripped off" for situations when we've actually /paid/ something for what we received.

Commas and end punctuation go inside the quotation marks in a quoted series like you used. Also, don't forget the ellipses on the end has one more ... for the period.

Hey, Cedric McTardbaby. "Receive" and "dependent" are spelled correctly.
Here are a mnemonic to help you remember.
"i" before "e" except after "c"
and there's no other way to spell dependent.
so basically L2 spell

I'm going to have to come down on all sides of this argument. Yeah, I guess if you're going to criticize someone's spelling, you should also have your grammar in order, but spelling and grammar are two very different things on the internet.
Maybe it's just me, but on the internet, spelling stuff incorrectly annoys me, but slightly bad grammar doesn't bother me at all. We're not writing essays here.
Let's ALL give everyone a break, yeah?

With the seemingly increased availability of epic gems and cuts in the next patch I might hold off if you're exalted as I have a feeling they might add a chance at an epic to the bag.

No, it's not. Both the number and quality are completely random.
Three toons - two Revered, one exalted. One revered got 2 common gems.
One got three.
Exalted got 2 common gems.

3 cgaracters - 2 revered, 1 honored. Not a single rare quality gem. The Consortium hates me.
I, too, have the same bad luck when prospecting, unless it's for someone else. Then every other prospect is a rare gem.
