They should open up tons of new realms like this.
The max exudus would be amazing, and then they could run 2 rule sets/code bases. a PVE/PVP set for what we have now and then a codebase for those realms.
Alot of the annoying PVP morons would leave for those realms, where you dont have to level, everyone gets the same gear, there is no progression.
p.s. i'm not saying PVPers are morons, if you think thats the message from above then those new realms would be perfect for you.

After 2 months it would be boring to fight the same Arena teams, with the same you had when you started and not feeling like you're progressing at all.
Blizzard are not stupid enough to make live servers out of this.

I think you overestimate PVPers. They'd get a lot of enjoyment out of non-level advancement, arena-only servers. Look at how many people still play Counter Strike.

@4 Right thats how come ConterStrike and StarCraft are entirely unsuccessful e-ports. Oh wait!
If Blizzard wants Arena to be an e-sport it needs to stop making it an MMORPG. Most sports are not won by who has better equipment, that is standardised, it is about the skill of the participant. Arena on live realms is currently rigged to favour those who put more time in, like all MMO's.
Frankly if Blizzard wanted an e-sport they should have just supported DotA. Trying to turn an MMO into a fair competition is just stupid.
