the dreadlord would be part of the scourge BUT maybe the game should add a whole NEW FACTION like the scourge they would get to be the spiders, Dreadlords, skeleton thingys lol and maybe some Cultistkinda humans OH and a ghoulish class with a racail towards STEALTH!

The only reason Varimathras is "loyal" to Sylvanas is because after Sylvanas' forces defeated him, he offered his service and knowledge on his brothers in exchange for sparing his life.

It's entirely possible that he is not loyal to either Sylvanas or the Horde and could turn on both in the future.
