I have a low-level Shammie alt, so I can't really comment on the pros and cons of this specific non-change, but Shamans need a buff, like now. This might have been the wrong way to do it, as some of the commenters above argued, but Shamans need something this patch. They've been ignored far too long.

Oh, and what about the Lifebloom nerf? Any chance that gets rolled back too?
