How about "Patch Shock". Grants the player the ability to remain shocked after each patch about the lack of a shammy buff.

I never played a shammy past 20, but I remember fearing them Pre-BC on my pally. It always seemed to be a long drawn out fight between a pally and a shammy pre-bc. Now, well..
