I love my wife. I don't think I can say it enough. I was able to convince her to play
World of Warcraft with me when the game first came out and luckily for me, she got hooked. We've been playing partners ever since, from her getting lost in the Orc and Troll starting area to exploring Sunstrider Isle together for the first time. Sometimes, she humors me by playing a few
Battlegrounds with me or even helps me complete my
Arena games when my teammates -- who have more or less quit the game -- fail to log on for the week. Sure, I have to twist her arm to do it, but she enjoys ribbing me after matches:
"I thought you were good? How come I beat your DPS and got all the Killing Blows?" Sometimes, I help her farm or watch her back while she fishes up another
Mr. Pinchy. Even when we're not together -- like when she immerses herself at the Auction House while I PvP -- we chat in-game and IRL. I can't be thankful enough for actually being married to my favorite playing partner since
others just aren't as lucky. Some of our bloggers, like
Lisa Poisso, plays with her
entire family! Just how cool is it to
play with your better half and two kids?
Amanda Dean has spent the last week
showing her mom around Azeroth.
How about you? Do you have a favorite playing partner? Whether it's your significant other, a roommate, a brother or cousin, or maybe even someone you met in-game, is there someone you enjoy playing the game with more than other people? Maybe there is one person you spend more time with than anyone else in Azeroth (or the Outlands, as the case may be). Why? What makes the experience unique or special? The coolest thing about an MMO is that you play with other people. And sometimes, there are just some people we like playing with more than others.

My boyfriend is the best person ever to play with, he's a mm hunter and I'm a holy pally, So together we're a pretty good match. Any trouble I can get myself into he can normally come get me out of.
He helped me reach 70 on my main, then we rerolled belfs I'm a(nother) pally, and hes a mage this time that we're currently working on, that we only ever play together.
He used to be into wow more then me, but since I started to raid I think I'm more into it then him, but he loves me anyway and puts up with all my weird raid hours in game
We have a lot of friends who play the game with us, so we can normally get groups no problem, his cousin plays, my cousin plays and my two best friends. Not to mention a few mutral friends and all the fantastic new people we've met in the game.

A guildie of mine started his frist char, a shammy, at around the same time I started my rogue. We have been literally running instances together since RFC. He just hit 60 now, and is farming Outlands quests with the BC trial for extra gold til it runs out. I have been falling behind, and am at 56 now. But I have loved questing with him, etc, and we make a great team. From what I know, he's about my age, his name is Jake. (It's in his character's name, lol) Other than that, all I know is that he is incredible DPS, and is always a positive person in the PuG. I don't play with him all the time, in fact, our recent level difference is dividing us a bit more, but he is my favorite person to play with. We have already agreed to start a 2v2 team when we can, and his pally friend will make a 3v3 with us. So just so you know, playing partners don't need to be known in real life. :)

One of my best friends, Juanshue, a Holy Priest on Cenerian Circle is my favorite. He went 1-70 as Holy, and I went 1-70 as a Ret Paladin, almost always together. We've done some pretty amazing things together since then and we plan to continue with that trend. We are so in tune with each others play styles and abilities that it is like watching a dance.
One of my Greatest moments was when I hit 40 and learned Divine Intervention so that I could save him from a wipe. I've set specc'ed Prot so I don't get to use it much any more, but that pretty much wraps up how we roll. My life be fore his.

I love playing the game with my husband!
We are the dps duo: fire mage and affliction warlock.
Since we neither of us can heal or tank, there is always a lot of 'blinking' and 'sacrifice' going on...it's really funny and a lot of fun. Sometimes we will just fool around together and pull a huge mob and see how many we can down. We have a great time together whether it's farming motes or raiding.
Sometimes we'll just talk about WoW in RL and I'm sure anyone who overhears us thinks we're a bunch of crazies...maybe we are but at least we're happy crazies!!!

My boyfriend and I met on wow and its great fun. He plays a lock, shammy, and pally. I play a druid, warrior, and mage. We mix and match our toons to do everything in the game. He was a PvP'er and I was a raider, but now we do a little bit of everything together. Its so much fun having that person who you KNOW and you know what theyre going to do next. I know I can count on him to bop me and he knows he can count on my innervate.

Well, I got my dad hooked to Wow since he got me hooked to MMO's. We haven't played on the same server yet, only because I've working on my second lvl 70. When I get it to 70 him and I will work on getting another character (for each of us) to lvl 70. It'll make 3 for me and 2 for him. I like playing with my dad though. It's nice to have someone to talk to about in game events and random stuff.

Here's to hoping.

I am one of those lucky guys that actually has a gf that plays wow :D, so naturally she is my favorite playing partner. She is new to the game and we are lvling tauren together. Playing with her makes the game feel new again and i think its awesome that i get to teach her things. Even when she has her noob moments (like casting warstomp randomly for no reason XD), she is always excited about the game and incredibly entertaining to be with. Since we live in different states, wow is a great way for us to spend time with eachother and have fun at the same time :P.
/love my wow playing gf

Well over the years I have enjoyed playing with a few people out there more than any other, but having (somewhat) recently server transfered I have one person that I enjoy playing WoW with FAR more than any other person out there. I have actually fallen in love with this person in which I enjoy playing the game with so much.

the guild i'm in is like a small family. When we started out we were 6..Me, my brother, my (not at the time but soon to be xD) Bf, and 3 goodfriends. Now we have more guildies but we all now each other in RL and get along great. So i have to say they are my favourite playing parteners

Probably such a bad thing to post a comment for an old one but I liked it alot.
My boyfriend convinced me to join Wowcraft last year where he had a 43 Fury war and I made a rogue that got lost everywhere. He was my tank but after awhile, since we both joined the same guild, I was basically helping others and getting levelled alot faster thru instances and now have a 70 rogue while he has a 60 war. His cousin started playing again and so I got his cousin with all of his alts into our guild and then I have my surrogate brother in as well along with my surrogate sister and two or three others of my friends. I enjoy my wow while my bf has been more interested in other things at the moment such as ren faire and sca, though I hope he'll come back and play someday soon for me. : )
