Sweeping Strikes: Your next 10 melee attacks strike an additional nearby opponent.

It's not like Cleave which is a multi-hit, its a bit more selective as each hit is done to only one nearby mob, so it should be more precise than a cleave.

I've normally group my fury warrior with druids and priests so i haven't got the chance to test if SS will break a sheep/seduce/etc..
