Yeah, I'd think not.

Velen views the orcs as hopelessly demon corrupted. In Ride of the Horde he sadly realizes after the destruction of Telmor, Karabor and Shattrath that the orcs are pawns of Kil'Jaeden and cannot ever be trusted again for their genocidal slaughter of his people.
