The information put out there by Blizzard seems to indicate that if Uldum gets put in it will be as a patch in dungeon. I really wouldn't expect it until the end of WotLK or the expansion after (Flight of the Titans!, because we have killed every bloody thing else). Kind of sad because I expected Uldum before Northrend, but it is like a lot of pre-BC content that was basically abandoned or cut short (Emerald Dream, current Hyjal etc).
