I agree that Blizzard needs to be mindful of how their decisions impact the opinion of their consumers. But is this really something thats causing widespread outrage? To me this seems like the very cliche' "small vocal minority" who are upset about this. And a company won't get very far when they elevate the minority over the majority.

This simply isn't on the radar for your average WoW player and I'm surprised they gave any response at all regarding the forum ban.
