i make a point of discussing threat generation with our warrior tank - maybe not cheerleading his threat generation, but making sure he knows what he's doing that's keeping me from taking his aggro away. and yeah, if he puts 10k more threat on a boss than i can generate, i'm going to congratulate him. i ride his butt at 95-105% all the time, so every tick of threat is a tick of DPS i can lay down.

maybe our guild is weird, but we are all intently aware of just how good our MT is. he's the "heard he once made a mistake" guy.
