Blizzard Worldwide Invitational Tickets

The Blizzard Entertainment Worldwide Invitational information page has recently been updated. Tickets for the event will be going on sale next week for the event held at the Porte de Versailles Exposition Center,
Tharfor posted details on the European World of Warcraft forums. Some of Blizzard's executives and members of development teams from Europe, US, China, Taiwan, and Korea will be present to for signings and seminars. This is a great chance to get a peek at Wrath of the Lich King and Starcraft II. The event will also feature game, dance, costume and machinima competitions. Wow, $15/month to play and $109 to watch others play.
Blizzard sure knows how to charge gamers.
Yet, my Pally and Shammy issues aren't addressed yet while they keep buffing other classes that are already buffed enough.

70€ to attend a glorified player convention is a little much, but I bet it'll be packed anyway.

It's pretty much the same price as Blizzcon. How is that a lot? You get swag bags, get to attend signings, participate in events, etc.
Not to mention, the event is two days long. That's actually pretty reasonable, especially since you can turn around and sell the swag bag for $200 on eBay.

i agree that the $109 isnt that big of a deal at all...its the price to fly to france and the hotel for the weekend. now THAT would burn a nice hole in your pocket lol
