A question for those who use outfitter- does it require it to all be in your actual bags, or does it work while standing in a bank with the bank window open too?

Yes it will automatically pull the gear out of your bank for you to wear.

It comes in very handy.

@1 It can pull sets from your bank if your bank window is open.
