Get your bare bones raiding addons here

Tonight many people are going to rush into raiding. It's going to be a fun time for many – perhaps you're going to explore the Sunwell Plateau for the first time, or perhaps you'll no longer be stuck at 5/6 and 3/4. Rage Winterchill awaits you and he's a big push over. He goes boom pretty easily.The common component amongst all of us raiders, whether we're in Kara or pushing onto Sunwell, is that we need addons to make our life easier. There are several necessary ones: Deadly Boss Mods, Omen, ora2, Recount, DrDamage, etc... If you don't have these tonight, things can get markedly more complicated and difficult. The big problem with getting these addons is that they can be dreadfully hard to get a hold of. Most sites are bogged down to the point they're not working.
So let me make this easier for you. I've provided mirrors of several key updated patch 2.4 mods that I'll be using tonight to raid. Feel free to grab them from the links I've listed after the break. They'll only be up on these links for the next 24 hours or so – after that I'll replace the links with the addon's main site. The traffic should have subsided by then.

Please leave a comment if you have any other major raiding addons you think should be included AND that have been updated.
I also highly recommend you update often tonight via WoWAceUpdater. This is really the only way to ensure that you're using the latest version. The addon authors have been updating throughout the day, and I'm sure they'll continue to do so tonight correcting all the little bugs that are going to pop up.

IMO it would have been better to create .torrent-files for distribution instead, and split the bandwidth load between us all.

Omen and DeadlyBossMods are crutches for those who lack the skill to raid.

If you're raiding, and not using Omen, you're just hurting the others in your raid. There is no excuse for not having a threat meter while seriously raiding. (Unless you're a [insert_least_favorite_class] of course...)

@Anathema and @Cahan, congratulations - you are the old curmudgeon who starts every story with, "back in my day, we didn't have any fancy..."
My gripe is that you felt compelled to be jackholes even though you clearly have nothing to add to the conversation other than trying to flaunt your "superiority" by not using mods. I mean, was the point of what you posted an effort to get someone to say "hmmm.... they have a point. Maybe _I_ will just raid the old fashioned way too!" ?
No? It was just to be an ass? Well bravo, mission accomplished.

Hehe, the ol' learn2raid crowd usually:
1. play a class that can dump aggro, ie rogue or hunter
2. constantly pull aggro off the tank
3. or are not maximising their DPS
At any rate, they contribute nothing with their condesention and should just go away...

I have the 2.4 and I went and downloaded the updated mods of auctioneer 5.0 pre 2966, quest helper, omen r66568, healbot2.4.0.0, DBM3.03, Cosmos compl,x-pearl 2.4.0. ...my point is that only cosmos seems to work and mob info. I ensured the new mods were put in the following folder C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns and all outdated were deleted. Yes I checked the box on the on Wow addons, load outdated and still I get nothing. Anyone have any info on this? Without my healbot I am a worthless holy paladin. Ty for your time.
