Hotfix roundup for Thursday March 27

Drysc is keeping a post up-to-date of all the latest hotfixes that are happening. Patch 2.4 went live without too much trouble this last Tuesday, yet there is a slow but steady stream of issues popping up in the game. Each morning for the next few days we'll let you know about all the hotfixes that have come out the previous day.Yesterday's hotfixes include:
- Increased Felbound Initiate respawn rate. These are the guys you need in the "Blood for Blood" quest.
- You can no longer accept the quests given by Magistrix Seyla up in Hellfire Penisula without first compleating "The Missing Magistrix."
- Thanks to rolling restarts last night, you will now see your server name correctly displayed in battlegrounds.

I don't know if this has always been a glitch, or if it's new.. but my Hunter Pet was showing up on my wife's computer with it's native name and size. I had her take screenshots of me standing next to a Bestial Wrathing Quillfang Ravager that was the size of a small office complex.
I thought it was pretty cool fighting Marsh Lurkers with an insect larger than they were. Pets should retain their native size in outdoor environments.. shrinking just for instances and cities :b
Of course.. then every hunter in the game would grab the biggest Raptor they could find. Either way. I enjoyed it while it lasted... the bug later corrected itself.
PS: Any hunters out there have any experience with loyalty progression post-60? I played for hours with a new ravager at 62, and it was only at the end of the night where it finally went from rebellious to unruly. Shocking.

The huge size and original name issues were also on my server.
In regards to the original article; everyone that I talked to said that this patch has the most bugs that they have ever seen, a far cry from little trouble. Just by myself, I reported over 10 bugs, some of them features of 2.4 (such as no pounce animation)

Hate to nitpick, but Thursday is the 27th, not the 26th :)

I feel they released 2.4 too early... i'm not too hapy with the new chat logs. All the colors make my eyes bleed.... give me the good old chat log any day Blizz. In Bg's threre is horrible lag especially in AB. The teams somehow start off uneven with 14 alliance vs 7 horde.....

It always starts out that way in my battlegroup. That's what happens when people hold on to battleground queue slots, for example they queued up for multiple battlegrounds at one time, go into one, and when the others pop just hide the dialog but never leave the queue.
They're still holding on to those slots, so the game starts with a lot fewer people.

The sound effect that used to accompany a proc on Omen of Clarity for druids (Clearcasting) is gone... I have to keep an eye on my buff mod so I don't miss a freebie. Very annoying, hope it will be hotfixed.

I miss this too.. for the time being, on my shaman, I turned on the floating combat text just so that I don't have to watch the upper right to see "am I in clearcasting" or not..
