I had problems with Omen too, turn out it was the Skin.
options, skin, changed to classic and it now works perfect.

You probably had the same error described above. Just drag up the window a bit (see picture above) and it snaps into a nice fine window.

As far as I've seen, the only bug so far is having a druid tank, who sometimes goes bonanza in the threat generation and pops away to a couple hundred thousand K of threat. ^^
