For general mid-level farming, the beaches around Booty Bay can't be beat. The mobs drop mageweave and there are zillions of pools to fish. Half the pools drop trunks which contain cloth, rolled cloth, leather, greens, you name it.

Half an hour there will fill even the largest set of bags and there's a bank and mailbox seconds away. Fishing: most underestimated skill.

For silk and the always evil mageweave, if you have a high level toon good at it, go crush SM (cloth varies by level of the wing) several times in a row. Any class that can do it quickly will spend more time looting than killing. Doesn't hurt that the BOE blues there sell quite well.
