So you get your wish: starting right now, WoW Insider has returned, and HKO Insider is no more. And none too soon -- our writers, especially Rossi, who would rather wrestle a tiger than write about the Flower Kingdom, were planning a revolt if we didn't change the site format back. And our poll this afternoon pretty conclusively showed what you all felt about the changeover.
So we're changing things back. From now on, we'll stay WoW Insider, and be your number one source for news and views about World of Warcraft and the upcoming Wrath of the Lich King expansion. From classes to professions to strategy and community news, we'll only cover World of Warcraft all day every day, from level 1 to 80 and beyond.
Unless, that is, they create a Spongebob MMO anytime soon...

thank god, i was a little of a dick earlier today about HKO, and was gonna have to go over the top if it didn't end soon.
It's simply not funny and not really an april fool joke as it went on and on...lots of wow insider types don't seem to understand the mechanics of an april fool joke i guess. Many of us opposed to HKO insider were accused of not having a sense of humor, i condend that you don't and probably never will. Oh thank god. I actually worked at work today. I couldn't take the chance of having Hello Kitty crap on my screen. I mean, if I got fired for browsing WoW stuff then at least I could leave the company with some dignity. Getting fired for browsing a Hello Kitty video game... well that is suicide material right there.

Well darn, I was almost hoping to see the HKO Insider theme go a bit longer. Was just kind of amusing to see so many people get their panties in such a twist so quickly. Because, like, WoW is serious business, man! Oh well, it's still nice to be back to the WoW theme, but I think you might wanna check that poll again, Mr. Schramm. I'm pretty certain it says that the masses want more HKO.

I've already deleted my 70s forever, permanently canceled my WoW account, and bashed my stupid FigurePrints (tm) figure into dust with a baseball bat!! I will NEVER go back to Azeroth!! My Hello Kitty tattoo is still bleeding, but soon I will be able to show the god damned entire world my UNDYING loyalty to all things Sanrio!! If you gave me a lobotomy with rusty salad tongs and crushed my hands in a steel vice I would play HKOnline with my feet! And drool on my keyboard, (but what else is new?)
I will live in the Flower Kingdom forever with my new animal friends, and we will rejoice in the blood of the fallen infidels who do not swear fealty to the Kitten Goddess on their mortal SOULS!!!

It was funny the first time... .after 18 or so posts it got old really fast.
The main problem remains: April Fools jokes should only be made before midday. After that point, *you* are the fools for continuing - and boy did you continue today...
