I would really like Blizzard to incorporate Spell Hit and Spell Haste into a stat. For example, Intellect having a spell hit coefficient and Spirit supplying some spell haste.

Additionally, in my perfect world, Blizzard wouldn't put any spell crit, hit, or haste on any gear - opting instead to give an equal amount of gem sockets so that players could customize their gear to their hearts content.
