Fix the Scryer issue with the proc happening on Sap and Eating. Settled.

Then keep in mind that:

1. You don't need to get the necklace. It's not like you complete a quest and an Elf knocks you out and welds it to your body. Take the SSO Tanking necklce (Pendant of Resolve) versus the old BoJ tanking necklace (Brooch of Deftness): Both give +48 Stamina. The Brooch gives +9 more hit rating and +3 more expertise. The Pendant gives ... a proc.

2. If it's that important to you, you can buy your way to exalted with the opposite faction, even if you're currently hated.

It's Blizzard's game. Let them run it. If you don't like it, stop playing it.
