This spec is mainly if you are with a healer in arena or just like doing abttlegrounds. Those Warlocks with Mages/Rogues as partners should take all 3 points out of Mana Feed and Demonic Resilience and put them into Improved Corruption. Also, if a player for whatever reason doesn't like putting out CoW, they can also stick them into Shadow Mastery. In addition, if they are not spell hit capped for PVP then they'll need a point or two in Suppression.

What? Not taking Demonic Resilience for this build would be insanity.

If you're already Resilience-capped though...should be fine.

Actually, the Resilience cap only affects damage mitigation from critical HITS. There is no Resilience cap to the reduction in critical hit CHANCE. This means that no matter how high your Resilience, Demonic Resilience will always benefit you because it affects critical hit CHANCE. It's arguably even more useful if you're Resilience capped because 1) it's worth about 118 Resilience rating, 2) it doesn't confer damage REDUCTION, which you won't be getting from actual Resilience anyway once you're capped, but 3) it gives your pet more survivability, which is essential to the combo.

You're right on all points, but still it wouldn't be "insanity" not to to spend the points if your Res is pretty decent. One thing though about 3)... the 15% less pet damage looks good on paper but in reality you will not even notice the added pet survivability. It might last a nano-second longer than without it, but in practice it makes zero difference.
