Don't expect PvE to PvP transfers anytime soon

A player with a character on a PVP realm who wants to /not/ PVP all the time /cannot/ do so without transferring.

This is why Blizzard allows PVP-Normal transfers but not vice-versa.

(Yes, I'm using "Normal" deliberately. There's a reason Blizzard differentiates between "PVP" and "Normal" instead of "PVP" and "PVE" in the server lists.)
