I'm not Oceanic either, but I seem to remember hearing that WoW China recently hit a million distinct accounts (or some such metric).

Question: Are these million players also hopping the big water to west coast servers? Or are they being hosted in China? Due to security concerns, I doubt the Chinese gov't would allow 1M unmonitored internet connections.

It would seem that if the Chinese can get their own servers, the Oceanic types should get some too.

Even if Korea hosted the Oceanic servers, it would be an improvement. I wish Blizz would at least take this initial step.
