I think that China's wow is beinh hosted in China or somewhere in Asia because it Is econimically feasible to host a local server there becuase of the huge population but Oceania has too little people to setup local servers there

It is just as economically viable to operate the Oceanic Servers in Australia or Malaysia or the like. There isnt as many servers catering specifically to Oceanic players so obviously not quite as much infrastructure to invest in - besides the obvious fact that the Oceanic world isnt some kind of 3rd world region when it comes to internet technology.
The issues that Blizzard has said is causing the server instability and ruining game time/experience has been admitted to as a process that Blizzard had implemented to operate on their servers during off-peak periods... oh but wait! The world is round the earth has multiple time zones and not everyone on the planet is a f*cking american.
