Epic gems dropped to 10 Badges?

As it was 15 gems is alot, 10 gems is alot better for people having to get on upwards of 10-15 gems to regear their equipment, and if you ever want to change your spec or gear in anyway, it's 10 more badges, kara is only 26 badges and getting pugs to run things can be often dreadfully saddening.

How are you getting 26 badges in Kara? When I do a full clear I'm walking away with 22 badges.
