I leveled my alt (then) Shadow Priest from 67-70 doing this in the Horde camp. I had a bad run of getting ganked every time I started a quest and also wanted to see how high I could get my (rested) xp/hour up to. I was averaging over 120k xp an hour, which I would dare say I have never even sniffed for an extended amount of time doing quests. That is probably double what I would have otherwise. I basically had him raid buffed (wizard oil, shadow pot, mageblood) and I was able to go on endlessly without drinking or potting. I also got almost enough cloth to go from 300-375 Tailoring. But the other drops were pretty bad, almost entirely green resist gear. I had stacks and stacks of Imbued Netherweave Cloth after this. I would do it again if my next toon wasn't a druid. I can't resist flying to quests from 68-70. Otherwise, any humanoid that doesn't run. Unless I'm skinning, and then it's basilisks. Fel scales, leather, food, and those wonderful 2g stacks.
