I am in a guild that is on an American server that raids late night (mostly Aussie players). We are 5/5 Hyjal and 7/9 BT (Laser and Gypsies....LaG anyone?!?!) and we always get hit by insane lag spikes.

Sine 2.4 instead of getting a 10 minute spike @ 2am server we now get them non-stop throughout the morning and get an absolutely insane one @ 5am server that lasts for 15-20 minutes+. Not the best thing when you are half way through a boss fight and suddenly everything on your screen just locks up. We usually end up halting the raid till it clears and we all just sit there tapping our feet /dancing the time away...
