There is no harm in developers getting to play their own game. Furthermore, there is no harm in maintaining their anonymity, for the very same reasons others have posted above: If the whole dang community found out, they'd be flamed non-stop.
Blizzard is definitely not stupid. They're professionals and they know how to avoid this sort of bias.
With that said ... I just hope that none of the so-called 'class designers' are using their influence to make their own classes more powerful. I doubt that would happen without extensive discussion among the other members of the design teams, but it could happen.
