I guess they'll actually move Naxxramas to Northrend, so there won't be 2 Naxxes floating around.

Yep, that's exactly what's going to happen.

Actually one of the other Bloggers hit on this point earlier today when the "return" of Naxx was announced as an "entry-level Raid."
