Here, Matt lists some of the addons he uses. (note: some of those may be out of date.) I believe mods are very helpful, and I completely understand why raiding guilds are making certain addons required. But at the same time, addons depend on the individual, so each player has to experiment and choose which addons he feels are best. As always, be careful about what you download: keylogging is serious business.
