I've been in 25 man content for a long time, and while the type of raiding interface is somewhat flexible (I prefer Grid), I believe clique is an absolute necessity. not only can you heal multiple targets while constantly keeping the MT (or whoever) targeted to keep an eye on, but the reaction is slightly quicker than clicking on a player's frame and then hitting a keybinding.
