The disparity of stress between healing classes and DPS classes is huge. This is not because of the way people react, but a large part is because of the mechanics of the game. A healer who is slacking will cause a wipe far eazier than a DPS who is slacking. Fights like Bear in ZA take such precise timing on the part of the healer, especially when just coming out of kara. While DPS cause just Pew Pew.I also feel the rewards are different. DPS you get the joy of killing something, while healing, you have to work hard to get the admiration of your teammates. It's alot more rewarding when you get a compliment from your raidleader/raid partners, but it happens alot less. Thats prolly one of the biggest peices of advice for keeping your healers: keep them happy, and they will keep your raid going.
